UHMWPE pipe（UHMWPE Mining pipe、UHMWPE Dredge Pipe、UHMWPE Roller Pipe） has excellent wear resistance due to its unique molecular structure. Its wear resistance is 4-7 times higher than that of ordinary steel pipe and 27.3 times higher than that of stainless steel pipe.lt is 17.9 times as much as phenolic resin, 6 times as much as nylon, 4 times as much as polyethylene and 5 times as much as polytetrafluoroethylene. Excellent wear resistance greatly improves the delivery capacity of pipes and prolongs the service life of pipes.

CorrosionResistance

UHMW-PE pipes can resist the erosion of strong chemicals. Except for slight corrosion of some strong acids at high temperaturethey are not corroded in other alkali and acid solutions. It can be used in co-ncentrated hydrochloric acid with concentration less than 80%.Its performance is quite stable in sulfu-ric acid with concentration less than 75% and nitric acid with concentration less than 20%.

AgeingResistance

Because of its stable nature, it has strong weatherability and good aging resistance. It can be buriedon the ground and underground. It will not age in 50 years under sunshine.
