After repeated research and process verification, our company is gradually adopting a more advanced right angle flanging process: cutting, retaining a suitable flanging amount, cutting the end face evenly, and vertical error not exceeding 0.5mm. Use electromagnetic heating technology to heat the position to be flanged, set the heating temperature to 200-250 degrees according to different pipe specifications, and heat the pipe until it is soft. Using self-developed right-angle flanging equipment, the connection between the end face of the flanging die and the middle positioning sleeve is at a right angle for expanding and flanging.
