Its molding process adopts a single screw extrusion molding process, with a machine output pressure greater than 19MPa, a maximum heating temperature of 240 degrees Celsius (non melting processing process), and an extrusion speed of no more than 1.1 meters/hour, ensuring the wear-resistant characteristics of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipes produced under traditional processes.
When installing ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipes, they can be installed either overhead or underground.
